A day road trip from Odessa Tx to Carlsbad NM found me 20 miles from town w/an irreparable tire. A Good Samaritan was kind enough to get me back on the road in 20 minutes on my spare. Being a long time customer of Forrest in Odessa,I knew I was headed to Forrest Carlsbad. I learned the two companies are no longer associated; however, Anthony, the store manager took care of my needs, installed a new tire, & had me road ready in less than an hour. Kudos to this location for great customer service. It’s a secure feeling to know I have a dependable & caring connection in Carlsbad.
