Thank you for your great service. I had a flat fixed September 13th. I tried to pay but was told there was no charge.
I've been dispatching service for my company for 5 years, I've had of hundreds of of service calls and worked with tire shops all across the US and Canada, and very few have even come close to the superb service from Trace and the staff in Lubbock. Thanks again for coming in clutch.

My wife and I were visiting our kids while there for the holiday and we had discovered one of our tires sprung another leak. Evidently the canned spray I had put into it two days previously on the way down there would not hold so we took it to get it looked at. Other shops wouldn't take it due to being too busy and/or needing an appointment that day. He squeezed our car in within minutes and had it repaired within a half an hour! What a blessing! I told my son and his wife if they ever need work done, this is the place to go!
I’m so glad I chose to take my vehicle to Forrest Tire. I dropped it off for and alignment and to get my breaks checked out. They told me my breaks were good and did the alignment for. It was ready for me to pick back up an hour later. I will take my vehicle back for future needs. Their customer service was absolutely amazing & im big on that.
