I have purchased two sets of tires from Evyn Moroles in Levelland. He is the most professional and helpful person I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. In a world where customer service is almost non-existent he is the perfect person to represent Forrest Tire! I watched him interact with several other customers while I was at the business and he consistently was very professional. He and his team did a great job helping me and others.
We discovered a flat tire on our fifth wheel RV one morning in a campground in Clovis on our way to Colorado from Texas. I was able to get the spare installed right away by myself but was hesitant to begin travel that morning without having a spare tire available. We looked online for tire stores in the Clovis area and saw that Forrest Tire was opening at 7:00 AM which was perfect given our new schedule. DeWayne greeted us at the front door and he said they could take care of repairing the flat tire and switch it out with the spare I had just put on. The work was done in short order and we were back on the road in less than an hour. Forrest Tire is very fortunate to have an employee like DeWayne who provided superior customer service. Many thanks to DeWayne and the other folks at Forest Tire who took great care in getting us back on our journey to Colorado. We will definitely keep Forest Tire on our radar when traveling thru West Texas and New Mexico.
