Guys at Forrest always take good care of me. Been a loyal customer since they opened store in Lubbock. Customer service has everything to do with that kind of loyalty.
I never leave reviews but the service at this location was so horrible I felt like I really needed to. The people in front office was very helpful but after having 4 new tires installed it felt like the tires were not balanced and it pulled hard right. I took truck back and asked for an alignment and to check the tires balance. After this work was performed and I left nothing had changed about the performance and I felt it was worse. Due to time constraints I did not have time or the patience to deal wit this location again. After taking truck to another shop I trust it was discovered that the lower ball joints were wore out and an alignment could not have been performed and the tires were extremely of balance. I was basically robbed due to being from out of town and not having time to deal with shoddy work performance. I am very disappointed and would suggest that any place else would be better than the service I received from this business.
